Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

 

The study entitled. “An academic administration of learning and teaching of  small primary  schools, sai yok district,  Kanchanaburi province”.  The objectives of this research are: 1. To study the operation an academic administration of learning and teaching of  small primary  schools,  sai yok district, Kanchanaburi province. 2. To study the problems of academic administration of learning and teaching of  small primary  schools, sai yok district. 3. To study in the way of academic administration of learning and teaching of small primary  schools, sai yok district,. The population of the administrators and teachers in small primary schools, sai yok district, kanchanaburi province. Of 122 people. Tools used were questionnaires and interviews that were created. Data analysis. By frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The findings of research were as follows :                     

1. Administrators and teachers. The opinion in operation. an academic administration of learning and teaching of small primary  schools, sai yok district,  kanchanaburi province. The overall high level. Considering that it was also found. Administrators and teachers are very good in all aspects. The analysis of each follows:

1.1 Curriculum development. The school has a structured curriculum. And material that are specified in the courses. Objectives and desirable features. The analysis environment. And assessment in schools. To define the vision, mission, goals and programs. 1.2 The medium of instruction. The school encourages students to focus. The advantage of using the medium of instruction. , Teacher learning and teaching the technique. 1.3 And teaching methods. The supervision of education. The school has a plan of supervision in the school, school supervision. Teaching and learning. Within the school continued. 1.4 Building the environment the ideal place for teaching and learning activities, take place outside of school. To learn the local community. 1.5 The measurement and evaluation. The results of measurement and evaluation to continuously improve teaching and learning, teacher performance, with emphasis on understanding. And its use.

2. . Problems of academic administration of  learning and teaching of  small primary   schools, Sai Yok District, Kanchanaburi Province. :

2.1 Development of the curriculum. Lack of cooperation from the personnel involved in the school curriculum2.2 The use of teaching materials. Budget shortfall in the supply of teaching materials, lack of knowledge in the production of teaching materials. 2.3 Supervision of the study. People do not realize the importance of teacher education. Supervision to be put to practical use. 2.4 The budget is building and the old school buildings have deteriorated. 2.5 Evaluation of the results. Lack of knowledge of the measure. Measurement is not standardized.

3. The guidelines development an academic administration of learning and teaching of small primary  schools, Sai Yok district, Kanchanaburi province. :

3.1 Development of the curriculum. Training related to community participation in curriculum development.  3.2 The use of promotional materials to educate staff in the production of teaching materials. And learning seriously. 3.3 Communication and Education - a calendar of educational supervision and awareness of the importance to teachers.3.4 The building and the environment. Budget support from the agency or agencies involved. 3.5 Measurement and evaluation of training to develop skills for assessing teacher performance, coupled with structured learning as well.
