Abstract

This research has 3 objectives: 1) to study the concepts and principles of Buddhism for human resource development in Theravada Buddhism 2) to study the concept Context and principles of community building Buddhist way of the Buddhadhamma Garden, Lamphun Province 3) To analyze the process of community building, Buddhist way of the Buddhadhamma Garden, Lamphun Province This study is a qualitative research aimed at studying and analyzing information from scriptures, scriptures, commentaries and international sciences at present. in-depth interview with key target groups on issues relating to the process of community building, the Buddhist way of the Buddhadhamma Garden, Lamphun Province And presented with a descriptive analysis and synthesis process

The study found that the concept of human development in Theravada Buddhism came from the idea that Humans are animals that know, think for reasons and can develop themselves.
