Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the concept, theory and Buddhadhamma in the leadership, 2) to study the leadership in accordance with Sappurisadhamma (qualities of a good man) of Phrarajwachiramethee, Dr., and 3) to present the application of Sappurisadhamma in the leadership of Phraraj
wachirame thee, Dr. This research applied the Documentary Research studying the Tipitaka, textbook and related research and the interview from 20 key informants

The Result of the Research

1. The leadership was the person who was accepted from the other
people and the co-operator in the activities. There were 8 theory of the leadership
1) the administrative leadership theory, 2) the situation leadership, 3) the leadership of Fitler modern, 4) the decision leadership, 5) the way-goal leadership, 6) the leadership focusing on the power in the decision, 7) the leadership focusing on the participation, 8) the administrative net leadership.

2. The leadership in accordance with Sappurisadhamma Phrarajwachrame thee, Dr. found that for 1) Dhammaññuta Phrarajwachiramethee, Dr. was the leader who was reasonable and participated in the support of the society. 2) For Atthaññutã, Phrarajwachiramethee, Dr. was the leader who knew the goal in the working. 3) For Attaññutã, Phrarajwachiramethee, Dr. was the leader who knew the position, and had the knowledge, capability, and the wisdom. 4) For Mttaññutã, Phrarajwachiramethee, Dr. was the leader who was moderation. 5) For Kalaññutã, Phrarajwachiramethee, Dr. was the leader who knew the time. 6) For Parisaññuta, Phrarajwachiramethee, Dr. was the leader who knew the community and approached to the community. 7) For Puggalaññutã, Phrarajwachiramethee, Dr. was the leader who knew the people and the different people.

 

3. The application of Sappurisadhamma in the leadership of Phraraj
wachiramethee, Dr. found that 1) For Dhammaññutã, Phrarajwachiramethee, Dr. used the Sangha administration systematically, 2) For Atthaññutã, Phrarajwachiramethee, Dr. had the goal in the Sangha administration for the benefit to the public, 3) For Attaññutã, Phrarajwachiramethee, Dr. had the vision and the creative thinking in the Sangha administration. 4) For Mattaññutã, Phrarajwachiramethee, Dr. administered the budget for the highest benefit, 5) For Kalaññutã, Phrarajwachiramethee, Dr. knew the time administration and planned the administration, 6) For Parisaññutã, Phrarajwachiramethee, Dr. had the good human relation to everybody and gave the importance to the public benefit, and 7) For Puggalaññutã, Phrarajwachiramethee, Dr. appineted the people in the position of the administration suitably.
